About this app

Resytech is booking and reservation software for activity operators. This app
gives you your full Resytech dashboard on your phone, so you can run the day
from the dock, the counter, or the parking lot instead of the back office.

BOOKINGS AND SCHEDULING
See what is on today, or open the calendar to check any date. Build a booking in
a few taps, move one to a different time, add or remove guests, and cancel when
plans change. Availability, equipment, and staff assignments are checked while
you work, so you will not put two groups on the same boat or the same guide on
two trips at once.

PAYMENTS
Take a payment on the spot, send a payment link, apply a coupon or a gift card,
and issue refunds. Balances stay current as you go, and an invoice is one tap
away when a customer asks for one.

CUSTOMERS AND MESSAGING
Look up a customer, read their booking history and notes, and text them without
leaving the app. Replies arrive as notifications, so a question asked at 7am
does not sit until someone opens a laptop.

WAIVERS
Send waivers ahead of arrival or hand a guest your phone to sign on the spot.
See who has signed and who has not before a trip goes out.

ADD-ONS AND RETAIL
Sell add-ons, rentals, and merchandise against an existing booking or as a
standalone sale.

STAFF
Assign guides and instructors to trips, clock in and out, and keep track of
hours and tips by shift.

REPORTING

Scan to check in
Tour check-in just got faster. Every tour confirmation now includes a QR code, and this update adds the scanner: tap Scan Check-In Code on a tour's schedule page, point the camera at the guest's code, and their booking opens instantly. Works from the confirmation email or the guest's booking page, and warns you if the booking belongs to a different departure.
