Retail Scan & Stock helps small businesses scan barcodes, count stock, prepare purchase orders, receive deliveries, record write-offs, and export clear documents from a phone.

It fits workshops, warehouses, service businesses, offices, studios, cafés, clinics, and small manufacturers, as well as shops.

FREE AND PAID OPTIONS

The free plan supports up to 1,000 SKUs, 30 days of history, five open documents, one supplier, and one device. Paid plans add higher limits, longer history, cloud sync, and more devices.

An account is optional for core local workflows. Sign-in may be requested after 15 completed operational documents and is required for cloud features.

Product data suggestions use Open Food Facts data (ODbL). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage them in Google Play.
