DO NOT JOIN BETA! I DO NOT KNOW WHY I DID.THANK U FOR FIXING APP.I guess to try something new but I left the beta and unfortunately I can not use my hand scanner there is NO OPTION TO USE HAND SCANNER . Using a mobile device takes a very very long time compared to ur scanner. It dose say if you read about BETA releases if you join and leave you may have to uninstall and reinstall this app. let me try that

I use an Iphone 14 pro Max, After the last update my exceptions aren't working properly now, and the app knocks me out in the middle of imaging. I know you put out a new update but it still hasn't fixed any IOS issues, and I sent multiple emails to your IT department and you did confirm that its a bug, but still no fix. Not everyone uses android phones or tablets

This app does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's easy to use, loads fast, has support teams available within minutes and refreshing the page fixes most issues. If I could add anything to it, would be optional notifications instead of constant capture updates draining my battery.
