The UI functions aren't user friendly, that control scheme that you see in the screenshots is on every single core, it's full of bugs, it's unreliable, it's laggy, it's complicated... If you want a good emulator, go search up "MyBoy!" and "Drastic." Don't download this ridiculous mess
This app is so badly designed and so cumbersome to use. You can't even use the main menu properly in portrait mode, and you're given too many emulator options for some consoles with no description or reviews to discern them from each other. This shouldn't be a trial-and-error on the users' part. I can't recommend this app.
Is there any way to take my android save game and put it onto my pc emulator? I'm trying to move crash bash but it isn't recognised on the pc.
It can be fiddly to setup for a new user but once it's dialed in, it's great. Performance for different systems depends on the individual cores used but it's been perfect for everything I've tried up to N64/PS1 era.
Does exactly what it advertises. It would help if you fixed the vertical in game GUI though (when playing consoles like the NDS, vertically placing the phone - which is much better for NDS games) the controls "squish" and screw up. Will change to 5 star if this is implemented.
The RetroArch Windows version is definitely superior, but after changing the interface to a more Windows-like design, the Android version got so much better for me. I use my Bluetooth controller to play Pokémon when I'm out of the house!! RetroArch is a 10/10, but I'd suggest the Windows version more.
