Foreigners who are required to pay tax next year are being refused tax IDs through their local office. Thai law explicitly states we must have a Tax ID. Please escalate and help resolve this issue. Nobody seems to know what is going on. Some of us are being threatened with bank closure because under CRS rules we have to have a tax ID both in Thailand and in our home country. There is no email or phone number to report or escalate this problem. Please help.

i e-submitted the tax form but after filling in the first page, it doesn't continue the other fields to fill in, e.g. insurance, provident fund. the app doesn't work for Android.

App crashes every single time when trying to access the contact information. Filling forces you to verify your contact details so it makes the app completely unworkable and thus useless
