About this app

ReviewBuzz Manager is the mobile companion for ReviewBuzz account administrators who want a fast, weekly view of how their team is driving customer reviews.

Sign in with your ReviewBuzz administrator account to see:

Home — Your Participation Rate and Tap Rate at a glance, plus a Top Tappers leaderboard so you can recognize the technicians driving the most review requests. Give a technician a high five right from the leaderboard to let them know their work is noticed.

Feedback — Customer satisfaction notes from every completed job, with the notes that need your attention surfaced first.

Reviews — A breakdown of how customers left their reviews (in person vs. through a digital link) and which review sites those reviews landed on.

Every screen supports a date range you control — choose a common preset like "This week" or "Last quarter", or set a custom range — so you can check current performance or look back over time.

ReviewBuzz Manager is built for account administrators. Team members without administrator access should continue using their existing ReviewBuzz tools.
