About this app

Crew Clock is a time clock for field crews that proves every punch.

Your crew clocks in and out by scanning a printed QR sign at the shop. The phone checks its location against that sign at that moment. Too far away, and the punch is refused with the distance shown. No scan, no punch. No buddy punching, no rounding, no "I forgot."

FOR THE CREW
• One button: Scan QR code. Clock in or out in seconds.
• See the shift ticking, today's hours, and this week's hours.
• Works with no signal. Punches wait on the phone and send when service comes back.
• Forgot to clock out? Ask for a fix and say what happened. A manager approves or rejects it.
• Cannot get back to the shop? Clock out away from the shop with a written reason. A manager reviews it.
• Start and end breaks, if your employer tracks them.
• See your next scheduled shift on the clock screen.
• English and Spanish, switchable on any screen.

FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS
• Home: who is on the clock right now, days left in the pay period, and what needs attention.
• Team: invite people by text or email, let people join with a company code, set pay rates only the owner can see, change roles, reset a phone.
• Stations: make a station from where you are standing, set how close a phone must be, and print the QR sign.
• Requests: approve or reject time fixes and away-from-shop clock-outs. Every decision is recorded with your name.
• Reports: exact minutes per pay period, overtime figured per workweek, and CSV files for payroll. Gusto and ADP RUN layouts are built in.
• Pay periods: weekly, every two weeks, twice a month, or monthly, with the overtime workweek kept separate.
• Lock a pay period after payroll runs. Locked time cannot be changed.
• Schedule: set each person's shifts by day and time.
• Audit trail: every change, kept for good. Nothing is deleted.

HOW IT STAYS HONEST
• Every punch records the station that was scanned, the GPS distance, and how accurate that reading was.
• Records are never edited in place. Corrections are approved and logged with names.
• Location is read once, at the moment of a punch. Crew Clock never follows you in the background.
• Owners and managers sign in with an email address or a username. Crew members sign in with a username and password.
• One company never sees another company's data.

WHAT YOU NEED
Crew Clock is free to download. To use it you need a company account: an owner creates the company, or a manager invites you to one.

YOUR ACCOUNT
You can delete your account in the app at any time. Crew members tap "Delete my account" at the bottom of the clock screen. Owners and managers find it on Home, under "Your sign-in." That removes your sign-in, email address, phone number and every signed-in phone right away. Hours you already worked stay in your employer's payroll records, because the law requires the employer to keep them.
