this is an edit review... originally, I purchased it as a package added by the car dealership. apparently the dealer made a mistake with my email login and I couldnt access the device from my account. had submitted an issue report through the app and it ultimately took 3 days for a response. Granted that the dealer made the mistake, it shouldnt take 3 days for customer service to reach out. luckily I thought about calling directly and got the number through the web page so I got my issue fixed.

Why can't you delete your default card? What if you made an error, now your stuck with this app?! The only thing that works in the vehicle tab, is to select a photo, once that's done, it freezes, the other tabs have issues as well. REVIVER! Make sure your product works before presenting it to the public! Working on solutions should've been done in QC, COME ON! Fix customer service as well! That should be the first important thing any company should start with! Customer service & Response time!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Plate battery went out after 1 year (supposed to be 3-5 years). Opened a ticket on the app. No response except automated email. Called all day, left a callback, a voicemail, no response. I am stuck with a dead plate. Regretting my purchase. Wish I saw a review like mine.
