I scheduled a ride to the airport in advance. I got a notice from American Express that they immediately posted a charge. I did not receive any communications from them before I was supposed to be picked up. The driver never showed up. I call the number on their website and got a recording saying it was available for purchase. I called the number in their app and got voicemail and no one ever called me back. If you really need to go somewhere, don't hire this company. you can't trust them

I don't understand why this app exists. It's more than twice my normal fare, I have to plan in advance or wait at least 30 minutes if I want a ride and the app itself is clunky and counterintuitive. No sense at all. Uber charges way too much, Lyft is unreliable and now this app takes too long and charges more than twice the amount than the more expensive rideshare options. THIS APP CAN KICK ROCKS. I'M OUT!!

one of the best features this App offers is you can reserve a ride without additional fees. But most impressive is their favorite driver feature. I love the idea of knowing who my Driver will be. This feature is outstanding and it maybe the absolute best safety option for riders. Not even the top two companies can boast a great feature like this. Revo is definitely different and on the right path.
