Ratings and reviews

Terrible UI/UX! This platform is nowhere near Payoneer or other international payment gateways. They first collect payments through their Stripe account and only then release the funds to their app, which is understandable. However, their fees are extremely high-charging $4 for just a $50 transaction. On top of that, their BDT exchange rate is only 118, whereas Payoneer provides the actual rate from Bangladesh Bank by upay.

Freelancers, stay away from Revorium if you don’t want to lose your clients. I lost a client just because of their new payment verification system, which is terrible. They ask too many questions and proves from both you and your clients as a name of verifications, even after you’re 100% verified. It’s a complete headache. Their support teams are the worst I’ve experienced, super slow and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone until they fix these issues. Avoid them for better.

I didn't even get the otp verification from them to register my account, it has many issues. I know this app is new which is why I still gave 3 stars, but please fix the bugs in your app!
