Terrible. Unable to reset password even though I select this option. There is suppose an email sent to office email on pwd reset but nothing happens. I did this twice. I was later advised to email which I just did.

I tried to sign up for we care. But app says I already have an account registered. so I tried to login, but wrong password. I entered forgotten password, didn't receive any email for the new password

I cannot log in to my account even if I requested for a forgot password, haven't receive any email to change new password
