About this app

Rewire helps you interrupt automatic app checking and rebuild focused days through a practical 30-day reset.

Choose the apps that pull you in, set a protected window, and let Rewire place a calm 10-second pause between impulse and action. You can dismiss the app, choose a two-minute offline reset, or continue intentionally after the pause. You always stay in control.

Build a daily recovery routine:

• Follow three small focus actions each day
• Run 25, 45, or 60-minute Focus Shield sessions
• See real foreground time and app opens for targets you choose
• Track progress without shame, streak pressure, or fake estimates
• Use optional local reminders when your protected window begins

Private by design:

• No Rewire account is required
• Selected apps, schedules, and usage summaries stay on your device
• Rewire does not read screen content, messages, passwords, browser content, or keystrokes
• Usage Access and the intentional-pause service are optional and can be disabled in Android Settings at any time

Rewire uses Android Accessibility only to detect when a user-selected app comes to the foreground during a user-selected protected window and to display the intentional-pause overlay. It does not retrieve screen content or perform taps or typing.

Rewire Pro unlocks up to three target apps and supports Rewire’s ongoing development. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Google Play. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase, and subscriptions can be managed from Google Play.

Rewire is a focus and habit aid. It is not medical treatment and does not claim to diagnose or treat addiction, ADHD, sleep disorders, or any health condition.
