It is a useless application,Their customer services are not efficient,If you try to open account ,it will most likely be rejected,don't waste time with such junk applications,it can be risky for your money as they don't offer customer friendly manner style and policies!!..You can find better one in Europe on the net

I have been try to transfer money out of my account since last week. The account seems to have been frozen and i have urgent need for the money. I wrote the customer service and still waiting for a reply. Why don't you just allow people's transactions to flow in and out smoothly? Did i ask you for all these discomfort? It is my money, so let transfers in and out of my account run smoothly. Is it too much to ask? They still won't release my money to me.

I'm having a really bad experience with the bank. The app says I can't log in. I have got money it and I can't access it. I had tried calling them on the customer care number which says it doesn't exist. I'm mailing these people and they take ages to reply. Most of the time they reply only after I ask for any updates after waiting for 5-6 days. Their customer service is really poor.
