Communication could be a little better maybe by having an in app chat system? But after a few issues and emails back and forth my account was opened. It was then frozen when I deposited £150. So again I emailed and they came back to me. It took around 24hours but was finally unfrozen and I could use and withdraw my money. Thank you saurus

I'm having a really bad experience with the bank. The app says I can't log in. I have got money it and I can't access it. I had tried calling them on the customer care number which says it doesn't exist. I'm mailing these people and they take ages to reply. Most of the time they reply only after I ask for any updates after waiting for 5-6 days. Their customer service is really poor.

Opened an account with sauras. Had some money put in for them then to put some sort of restrictions on the account so my funds are blocked. Emailed the sauras support email twice, and I am still waiting for a response as to why I'm unable to use the account or access the money in it.
