I'm having a really bad experience with the bank. The app says I can't log in. I have got money it and I can't access it. I had tried calling them on the customer care number which says it doesn't exist. I'm mailing these people and they take ages to reply. Most of the time they reply only after I ask for any updates after waiting for 5-6 days. Their customer service is really poor.

Communication could be a little better maybe by having an in app chat system? But after a few issues and emails back and forth my account was opened. It was then frozen when I deposited £150. So again I emailed and they came back to me. It took around 24hours but was finally unfrozen and I could use and withdraw my money. Thank you saurus

Very poor app and customer service. Clunky and amateurish looking app and long drawn out KYC process. They want around £15 'documentation fee' to issue you with a cardless 'virtual' debit card or £29 for a physical one. Numerous hidden fees. If far better challenger banks are losing money it's hard to imagine that these guys will be here this time next year.
