About this app

This app offers the possibility to become a customer of Laadnet through a registration process. You can then use the app to independently link charging stations to our management platform and use our charging services. You are able to easily manage charge points and follow the live status. You can view completed but also current charging processes, and you can set whether you wish to open your charge points for guest use (eRoaming), at a rate to be determined.

NB! Laadnet is exclusively intended for companies. A valid VAT number must be provided.

Registration goes as follows:

- Download the app and click on “Login / Register now!”;
- Click on "Register" and fill in your company and contact details;
- Provide an email address and a password for your account;
- Enter the bank details on which we can collect the invoices for our services and - if applicable - pay fees for charging transactions. You automatically agree to this for direct debit;
- Upon completion, you will receive a validation request to the email address of the account;
- After validation, your account is active and you can use the app.
