About this app

This app allows you to become a Laadnet customer through a registration process. You can then use the app to independently connect charging stations to our management platform and use our charging services. You can easily manage charging stations and monitor their live status. You can view completed and ongoing charging processes, and you can choose whether to open your charging stations for guest use (eRoaming), at a rate to be determined later.

Registration is as follows:

- Download the app and click "Log in / Register now!";
- Click "Register" and enter your company and contact details;
- Enter an email address and password for your account;
- Enter the bank details where we can collect invoices for our services and, if applicable, pay out fees for charging transactions. You automatically agree to direct debit;
- After completion, you will receive a validation request at the email address associated with your account; After validation, your account will be active and you can use the app.
