So disappointed in this app. I like the camera (until they changed the screen size smaller). but the app is zoomed to the edge of the phone so you can't choose any options at the bottom. so what does that mean, you can't download the videos at all, I had to screen record to get it. also, I bought 2 cameras and I can't add my second. I have to delete the one and add the other. if I need to access either one, go through the process again. it's absolutely absurd. don't buy until they fix the app

The video download and delete are at the very base of the screen when the phone's back, home, and menu buttons are and can't be accessed. I got a new phone in August 2025 (from a galaxy note 20 to a google pixel 9a) and that's when I noticed the inconvenience. I actually have a video I need to download for insurance purpose, but the app won't let me. You have to physically removed the mini drive and inserted in in your computer with an adapter. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

It's quite clear that a lot of folks don't understand what dashcam WIFI is all about, or never bothered to read the manual. The lady who thinks she has to connect every time she gets in the car, and the other who wants to connect from inside her house are perfect examples. You only need to connect when you want to view or save a recorded video to your phone that already exists on the dashcam's SD card! It's a better & more convenient way to view than pushing buttons directly on the device.
