Designed to work with Reynolds Retail Management System, Service Snap 2.0 enhances dealership personnel’s ability to communicate recommended service on a customer’s vehicle. Photos and videos detailing the vehicle condition can be sent to a customer to communicate the need for a repair and why it’s recommended they are done during this service visit. The photos and videos are stored with the repair order and can be referenced at any time. Now, technicians and service advisors can more clearly communicate with customers and keep the service appointment moving quickly.

App is somehow worse than before, but maybe I just got used to the limitations in the other app. Seems faster and more stable but it's missing some key functions that don't make it easy to like this app: Cannot add notes to images already uploaded. Would like to be able to markup images. Cannot swipe keyboard to add notes to images. Can only take pictures in app in landscape mode. Please bring back VIN scan option.

this app is been updated for an entire year, needs some serious service updates, especially with Android phones. it does not keep my phone from going to sleep actually at 30 seconds when I'm taking a video. it actually puts my phone into dark mode and it puts it to sleep. when I'm in the middle of a video and stops the video at 30 seconds, it should continue to go. also this app does not keep the phone active or it's self-active when not on the main screen and so anything I do on it gets stopped

Between the app becoming useless every day to the point of having to remove and reinstall the app, all the way to the dozens of video permission requests upon loading the app when it finally decides to function, this "app" can be considered rather useless at best. Infuriating at worst. Regardless if you allow or don't allow the app access to the camera, it ALWAYS asks over and over. When it's not completely nonfunctional that is. Bad "app".
