Nightband is a shift pay calculator and rota log for people whose pay changes depending on when they work. Log a shift in about thirty seconds and Nightband works out the night, Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday enhancements for you.

BUILT FOR REAL SHIFT WORK

A shift that starts on Friday evening and finishes on Saturday morning is paid at two different rates, and the change happens at midnight while you are busy. Nightband works the shift out minute by minute rather than guessing from the start date, so nights that cross midnight, Saturdays that roll into Sundays, and bank holidays are all handled properly.

The default pay bands follow published NHS Agenda for Change unsocial hours arrangements, which suits most ward staff. Every band is editable, so hospitality, retail, care, security and logistics workers can set their own uplifts too.
