Love this app! Very step-by-step kind of learning and is perfect for beginners. I think it helps to have started just a little bit before so you can at least recognize common words and patterns to the sentence structure, but as a secondary source of learning german it has helped me slow down and really pay attention to certain grammar mistakes that I made. It helps break down the process a lot, which I needed. It may not look as shiny or pretty as other apps, but it sure does the job

One thing I like about this app is the multiple styles of learning. For example, I can start off by trying to type a translation in before seeing the answer, or wait until after to test my memory. I can say it both before or after. I can do all three. The whole time, there are explanations for each step of the way as it builds in complexity.

Simple and so effective. Honestly if you are self motivated and serious about learning a language and want to understand the grammar then the Fastlingo apps are must haves. Duolingo et. al. might be fun but I don't really think that they are any more effective. Use ChatGPT or an AI app for practice conversing and this app and you're good to go.
