Galaxy note 4 After I put in my account # to log in I get asked a bunch of security questions that are not mine. I talked to someone at rg and I was told to redownload the app thru the website... I did it and it still isn't working...
Questions Galore 1st time trying to login and get a never ending stream of security questions. Never have made in with my Galaxy S5. There's something wrong here.
Freezes to much
Security Questions I have downloaded and re-downloaded the app multiple times and have had the same exact problem where I'm being asked endless security questions that aren't mine. And I know I'm not using the wrong account number/ log in ID because the same one works just fine on the main website.
Almost makes me want to close my account I tried this app months ago and deleted almost instantly. Decided to give another shot and it's still terrible. It requires a min length Logon ID but if you enter fewer characters then it still ACTS as if you're logging on until you figure out that you're not. Why not disable the button or show error msg stating length requirement. ALSO why not give US the option of "trusting" our phones instead of requiring 3 step verification every time we log in?
