It's convenient unless you don't have a strong signal, then you're screwed. Takes awhile to load up and when you guys do your maintenance we are unable to do transfer anything at all... Just needs a little work.

Great mobile app. Seems easy to view and make selections as to what you want to do, pay bills, make transfers and just to check balances. Love my RGFCU.

App works great, just wish it was more user friendly and easier to log in with either face ID or fingerprint.

Face and Fingerprint ID have both been enabled for quite sometime, but you do have to enable them in the app. If you're still having problems - please give us a call at 866.852.6478.

We are continually releasing new updates to further improve your mobile banking experience. This version includes user interface improvements, security updates and bug fixes. Please be sure to turn on automatic updates to make sure that your app is always up to date.
