I don't understand why this app exists. I couldn't even check my claim status.Extremely frustrating experience with the reimbursement claim process. It has been more than 2 months since I submitted my reimbursement claim, and I have not received any update, response, or clarity regarding its status. The app is of little use when it doesn't even allow policyholders to easily track their claim status. Customer service has been disappointing.

I regret purchasing a healthcare policy from induslnd insurance. My experience has been extremely frustrating. When you actually need them, they are unhelpful. I highly Total fraud and the worst experience ever with IndusInd Insurance. I strongly advise everyone to NEVER buy a policy from them. They rejected my genuine claim for no good reason, despite all documentation being in order. When I tried to get answers, their customer service team was completely unresponsive. It turns out th आरो

Filed my TVS iQube claim the same day, yet the app showed "Survey Pending" with 0 documents for over a week. Garage said survey done, surveyor said not done — total confusion. After endless follow-ups, claim rejected. Did everything honestly and still lost. Very disappointing.After 10 chasing finally rejected claim but still not sending rejected reason Mail , what a great service.
