Need to add 1 option also in this app which is if someone initiate the claim and accidentally documents not uploaded over selfi any error or reason so that time we have option to cancel previous claim and initiate claim again. Because if click on submit (final step) so it show in claim status but we cannot upload any document it seems (uploaded required documents) which is hide and customer service also not able to provide any information.

Never buy Reliance general insurance atleast for travel insurance. Even adding passport number to the policy is impossible. Their agent says to contact make my trip. Even adding policy in Their app is impossible. Scanning says to add with details and try adding with policy number it's says internet connection error whereas I have jio Fibre as well as 5g mobile network. After buying their nothing works, they seems a bunch of scamsters. Spendind hours Just to add passport no, everyth impossible.
