Tried to purchase international travel insurance. Made the payment twice also. Both times, payment was deducted from my account, but there was an error in the application. Also, when you try to get a quote they call you 15-20 times a day. Requested them at least 5 times so as not to call. Later I had to block their numbers.

I 've been using this for the last 3 years now. The only issue is the application is very slow. It takes almost 2 mins to open a single page. Once you have clicked any option - it takes ages to load that page. due to which the claim initiation process takes too much time.

Don't take Reliance General car insurance. They are working like a govt PSU. First they assign a surveyor who denies that he is not a surveyor of this area and this is in a Megacity. A simple process as claim cancellation takes multiple calls and multiple days, with other companies like Acko it was as simple as clicking a button on an app. Even then they give you timelines like 10 days for the same. The actual claim process is hectic as hell.
