App is full of bugs. Do not install!!! I downloaded this app yesterday to purchase a motor (2-wheeler) insurance policy, expecting a smooth and hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. After my payment was deducted via UPI, I received an error message saying "please try again" just when I was supposed to receive a confirmation. How did this app even make it to the Play Store without proper testing?

Very poor. Claim documents could not be uploaded through the app despite several attempts. Documents were uploaded through the website on 7th June 2024 and a confirmation received by text message on the same day. However after 3 days the app still says documents required. Looks like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing

I have submitted all required documents for my claim, including the claim form, RC, driving license, policy copy, garage estimate, clarification letter for delay, FIR, and hospital records. Despite this, I have received no confirmation on my claim approval. Additionally, I am constantly contacted for policy renewal, which is frustrating given the lack of resolution on my current claim. A very terrible and awful service exteneded. Even escalated the issue with appellate authority but no use.
