worst app in seen in life.i am advise to everyone don't take any reliance insurance. I was sending documents 100time but every time they are showing pending. again they say upload document. we sent available to reliance but no response. every time pending it's showing and again after two days they ask documents. what is this.if I show all this thing in media what will happen. worst app.i am requesting don't take any policy from reliance. because everyone is facing problem.i sent 11 time and you

Well the rating is not for App but customer care. Have seen worst customer care service ever. You request for cancellation of three travel policy (due to their mistake in policy document) and they will confirm cancellation of only one policy. You drop them another mail and they will still send confirmation on first cancelled policy. And this chain goes on. More over you do not have proper phone number. They will keep on diverting you to different numbers. Mail to Rgicl.services is not answered

My policy is showing on web page : reliancegeneral.co.in. But, not listing on the App. When trying to attach, get error, poly attached with some other user. Also, no place to raise complaint on the issue.
