Tried to purchase international travel insurance. Made the payment twice also. Both times, payment was deducted from my account, but there was an error in the application. Also, when you try to get a quote they call you 15-20 times a day. Requested them at least 5 times so as not to call. Later I had to block their numbers.

I am truly not satisfied with the service provided. I sent multiple emails regarding my appendix operation claim. After repeated follow-ups, I finally received part of the amount, but my last bill amount is still not cleared. I have emailed and called several times regarding this issue, but every time my request has been rejected without a proper resolution. A person takes an insurance policy so that it can be used when it is actually needed. Unfortunately, in my case, the situation has been com

1. it asks for notification permission every time you open the app! i cant handle notification from an insurance app. please get that. 2. and now the more serious point- it says document upload pending since the last 10 days. it says so after i have done it through the app twice (and got acknowledgement sms), thru the agent and it still keeps on saying the same. i keep on getting whatsapp messages to upload documents. either the app is bad or the company. Haven't decided yet!
