Based on my personal experience, the claim process with this insurance company has been very difficult and time-consuming. I had to submit the same documents multiple times and faced repeated requests for additional paperwork, causing significant delays and mental stress. In the end, they refused to reimburse me. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this insurance company. I strongly suggest reviewing the claim process and policy terms before purchasing any plan.

Notification for policy renewal is received on a daily basis. But when the app is opened and tried for insta-renewal, it is not possible! Plus the UI after take over from Reliance is pathetic! Changing the insurance to a better service provider, neglecting the premium paid for the last 3yrs to such a non-friendly app!!

I don't understand why this app exists. I couldn't even check my claim status.Extremely frustrating experience with the reimbursement claim process. It has been more than 2 months since I submitted my reimbursement claim, and I have not received any update, response, or clarity regarding its status. The app is of little use when it doesn't even allow policyholders to easily track their claim status. Customer service has been disappointing.
