The app won't let you sign in without a customer ID and it won't let you sign up for that through the app. I'm guessing you have to call customer service to register through them. I think the 'transit app' for your area is what people are looking for to find schedules and plan their trip. this app appears to be more like an Uber where they come pick you up at your location and they want to verify your identity and birthdate for that. Don't blame the app, your just using the wrong one.

This app has one serious downfall... rides are easy to schedule for one direction of your trip... either to your destination or returning home from it. The problem is getting a time that aligns with the timeframe you want. You can either get somewhere when you want or get home when you want but never both. At least not in the app. The only solution I have found is to call and talk with a scheduler. That is the only solution. If this app could solve that problem it would get 5 stars!

as for all the 1 star reviews you need apply for rts and if you get accepted your givin a an item for your login info, as for the app itself it's nicely played out the only problem im having is a constant error now pop up when I try to load up the app.
