Very disappointing experience with this application. It keeps getting stuck in between while using it, which makes studying very frustrating. I am also unable to download the chapters even when both Wi-Fi and mobile internet are working properly. What is more disappointing is that the customer care number is not reachable, and there seems to be no proper support to resolve these issues. I hope the developers improve the app’s performance and provide reliable customer support soon.

basically i have purchase the course but the thing is in the recorded class they are uploading older video like 2 year older video and also i have found a offline coaching so i want to get refund any amount they could provide but instead the whatsapp number they once message me is unvalid and now they are not picking up my call if any one who is wondering to buy the course please not to buy the service centre of this app is too bad

worst app there is always a network problem while logging in and even if watching the lectures no faculty no one is taking responsibility. I called faculty many time every time they just gave a time tomorrow Will be okay etc excuses . Whoever is reading this I personally advise you not to purchase any course on this platform 🙏🙏🙏
