Nowadays it's so disappointing as downloaded videos and data got waste as I downloaded 1-2 videos then app got closed automatically by showing session expired. when try to log in again it shows wrong password.. and also shows there is an error from our end. I've wasted so much data in downloading the videos. even when I tried to log in 2nd time it's shows your account is blocked. please fix this as I've purchased 3 courses.

I’m facing an issue while watching lectures on the app. Whenever Wi-Fi disconnects and my phone switches to mobile data, the video stops and shows “No Internet Connection”, even though mobile data is working. I have to restart the app and reopen the course every time, which interrupts my studies. Please add proper network switching/reconnection support so the video can continue or resume automatically when switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

Very bad experience with the app no response from the technical team . I am continuously trying to reach out to the technical team but no one is responding to my calls . Worst decision of my life to buy course from this app. no class material are uploading. So many students are facing problem but no one is responding
