Everything was going well with Grabpoints when out of a sudden they decided to permanently suspend my account. This happened after I contacted them about a reward I failed to redeem because the redemption link on the email had already expired. This is very unfair, all I ever did was answer surveys truthfully.

I spent an hour answering and completing a survey just to not get paid. I was not screened out; I legitimately finished the survey but was not redirected to the app. Instead, it showed me that an error has occurred. This happened 3 times, so I did have the patience when it occurred the first and second time, but now I've decided to quit Grab points. No compensation whatsoever. You all should do something about those third-party partners of yours. They're making you lose a lot of your surveyors.

the worst app ever, they say I'm qualified for the survey, then when I finish it they say you are not a match, after spending long time doing it, plus they freeze my reward points when I made a redemption request, don't ever install this scam, there are so many legit apps you can try but not this one.
