Horrible experience with the new app. Doesn't pick anything up at all, even when tested with someone speaking loudly the other side of a wall. my local council insists I use the app, even after 3 Norsonic installations that captured way more than this app could. Tested with: Huawei p30, Samsung s6 and s21, honor x6. Same capture issue. Question for the devs: do you actually allow the auto gain control to go automatic within your app or is it a fixed rec volume? My phone's recorder does better!

This app was utterly useless. I have tascam recordings and video recordings made on the same mobile phone i used the app on, those recordings, the noise nuisance from the neighbor, is clear loud and i can make out the words on their loud tv and music systems. On the noise app, it is so quiet the council is refusing to investigate further, even though they are playing 800 watt music through a PA system which permeates my entire house. This app is a waste of space. My only option now is to sue.

App is absolutely useless, had it over 6 months hardly needed it, took a couple of recordings a couple of days ago, just went on to take more and it won't even let me click on username bit to sign in or do anything, no help just like other things.
