I try to register but at the very end where the T&C occurred error 500 internal error

The app is good and functional as advertised but it doesn't show up in my app drawer. I couldn't find it in the settings as well. I can only access the app by searching for the app in the app store and open it. Can you resolve this issue?

1st time seeing a shopping mall apps required phone registration and a one time passcode... waits ages for the pass code and didn receive anything. cant view anything eventually. so difficult to find the shops directory and tot an apps could help. but nope.
