Ratings and reviews

Have been using the app for about a year now, and I have reduced rating from 5 to 3. It is very slow to load and open. Once open, it is OK. Does not give the ability to link my accounts. Has to be done by the bank. I am sure they have a reason, but I do not know it.

They have always been very helpful when I had a problem. Everyone is polite. I don't have any complaints at all. I'm pleased with how smooth things go. I wouldn't go anywhere else to do my banking unless I absolutely had to. Sincerely, Donna M Hopkins

Disappointed in online banking. App will not let me make changes, though it keeps asking if info is correct. Very frustrating.
