Stopped working suddenly today. Cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, etc and nothing works. App launces, says enter phone number for app authorization code, asks if its ok to text code, click yes, aaaannnndddd NOTHING. Thought maybe it might take a few minutes, but many hours later, it's still not working. Zero way to get support as the app requires "authorization" before it will do ANYTHING ELSE. It's simply not worth the hassle, and I will go back to using Huck's.

Harder to use both getting and using points with worse rewards than the tags!!! Getting drink rewards was a free drink after 6 purchases now its after 20!!! Not to mention having to get your phone out open and app log into it because it always logs me out then trying for a minute to get it to scan the QR code. Fuel rewards requiring me to give credit card or even bank information is making the process a cyber security risk and a big hassle not to mention fleet cards (wex) don't work anymore

Thanks for the feedback! You can enter your phone number at the register as an alternative method now. We are working on a fix that will not require a payment method when full points are used on the app for fuel and a fix to allow WEX cards. All transactions are made with a high level of security including at the pump, register and on the app.

Too many steps to get fuel since the update, takes too much time to be "convenient" and to ad insult to injury the app does not remember your phones IP address so you have to login by entering your phone number, then it will text you an authorization code. Your tech team has now over complicated a simple app.
