This app does not allow you to make any updated changes to your personal information for something as simple as your phone number. It does not provide you with a copy of your return once it's submitted to the IRS. Once you click “view return” it only shows the information (W2 etc) you gave the preparer. This app does not store your previous tax year information like Turbo Tax does. I’m so aggravated I have to go bk to my CPA for copies I should've been able to get via the app.

I like the app and it is a useful tool for me, especially for the clients that work away from home and can not come in in person. Some clients did complain that it was difficult to upload documents and often gave up and emailed me documents instead. Also I feel that those clients that used the app a prior year should be able to just log in to the previous app and not have to create a new account again

This app will get the job done but it seriously need more Common features like, A way to delete a document before I upload it, How can I printout a copy of my taxes for my records, A way to select all documents that I have scanned all at once instead of selecting one by one, and a computer version instead of a cell phone version for people who have scanners, cameras and printers. I was very frustrated. This app severely needs a whole lot of work before I used it again
