I am trying to sign into my account so I can insure that things run smoothly for my clients but cannot gain access. If I try to change my password, I am told that the password is incorrect. If I try to set up a brand new account, I am told that there is an error. All of this despite following the instructions provided. There should not be bugs and glitches this close to the start of the tax season. Whatever updates need to happen between now and Jan 23rd, I urge the developers to make them.

I like the app and it is a useful tool for me, especially for the clients that work away from home and can not come in in person. Some clients did complain that it was difficult to upload documents and often gave up and emailed me documents instead. Also I feel that those clients that used the app a prior year should be able to just log in to the previous app and not have to create a new account again

This app will get the job done but it seriously need more Common features like, A way to delete a document before I upload it, How can I printout a copy of my taxes for my records, A way to select all documents that I have scanned all at once instead of selecting one by one, and a computer version instead of a cell phone version for people who have scanners, cameras and printers. I was very frustrated. This app severely needs a whole lot of work before I used it again
