From the user perspective, the app is fine, but is missing some really basic features. No place for my accountant to upload my finalized tax return so I can view it later. Also no ability to upload excel or csv files. So I end up sending those to my accountant outside of the app. It's also just a little clunky with the uploads. (You can't delete something that is uploaded twice, and it asks for drivers license twice.)

Terrible experience! My tax preparer has used this a couple of times and each time I want to fire him for using this clunky, not user friendly, stale app. Just the basic user experience is terrible and the inability to load spreadsheets is just crazy. Business owners beware if your tax preparer is using this. NOT Recommended at all.

Installed it and uploaded documents; not received by my accountant. Not possible to use in a computer environment, where I have my documents. It's cumbersome to transfer them to the phone to be alble to upload them to the app.
