From the user perspective, the app is fine, but is missing some really basic features. No place for my accountant to upload my finalized tax return so I can view it later. Also no ability to upload excel or csv files. So I end up sending those to my accountant outside of the app. It's also just a little clunky with the uploads. (You can't delete something that is uploaded twice, and it asks for drivers license twice.)

I like the app and it is a useful tool for me, especially for the clients that work away from home and can not come in in person. Some clients did complain that it was difficult to upload documents and often gave up and emailed me documents instead. Also I feel that those clients that used the app a prior year should be able to just log in to the previous app and not have to create a new account again

This app is really clunky. I never get notifications even with settings for push notifications. That is not good since I'll miss important messages from my tax person. Also, logging in is clunky. Even after requesting the code, it is doesn't log me in and I have to request a code at least thrice before logging in. Then no feature for downloading your return.
