With our new RIMovil APP designed for smart devices, you can quickly and safely have in your hand:
• You will be able to make your requests for Certification of Legal Status of the Property by simply completing the required fields of the applicant and the property. This Certification will be delivered by email, having legal validity for the required uses.
As a security measure, these Certifications have a barcode that allows you to verify their authenticity as a Product issued by the Real Estate Registry, through the following link: https://aplicaciones.ji.gob.do/ConsultaDeProductos
• You will be able to track your requests, checking the status of your procedures, just by entering the number assigned to your request.
• From the application you will know the location and telephone numbers of our Offices nationwide.
• You will be able to know our Service Catalog and the necessary requirements for each procedure.
