Just got the Bliss adjustable base from Sven & Son, which I saw uses Richmat components. Once installed, I scanned the QR code on the back of the remote and it set itself up. My phone works the same as the remote, which is great since I can use it as backup if I ever lose the remote. Everything worked great. Features I would like to see: 1> The ability for Google/Alexa/Apple/sleep apps to be able to link to RM control app to control the device. Anti snore is useless without link to sleep apps.

The app originally was awesome. There were several controls for the bed (e.g., vibration, lumbar, head, and feet adjustments). However, since the last update, there are only three control variations (head or foot up & down movement, and for you to adjust it for both the head & foot to move at the same time). Now there isn't access to adjust the lumbar or have any type of massage vibration!

We were excited when we read our powerbase came with an app! But it completely defeats the purpose if you have to scan a QR code on the back of the remote EVERY TIME you want to use your phone as the remote. Each time I close the app, I have to rescan the QR code when I open the app again. It would be very helpful if the app would remember the connection to the remote/base. For the short time it's connected, it works great.
