About this app

RichFax helps you send a fax to Canada or the United States without a subscription. Import a PDF or photograph a paper document, crop and rotate your scan, combine pages and add an optional free cover page. Share the prepared PDF for review before uploading.

Sending starts at US$2.99 for up to five document pages. Additional document pages cost US$0.30 each. A cover page is free and does not count toward the paid page limit. Applicable tax is added at checkout, where you can review the final total before paying. Account creation and local document preparation are free.

Use the same RichFax account and saved contacts on the website and app. Verify your email before uploading a fax, open secure checkout and refresh your order status in My faxes. The website provides transmission reports and the received-fax inbox; these are not native inbox features.

A failed fax follows the published refund policy. Delivery means the receiving fax system accepted the pages; it does not confirm that a person read them. Review pricing, refund and privacy information at richscripts.com/fax.

Import up to 20 MB and 50 document pages per fax. Native cover text currently supports English characters. Camera access is requested only when scanning. You can export account metadata or request account deletion from the Account screen. Active payments and fax jobs must be resolved before deletion.
