[System Requirements]
The following are required to use this app.

・Wi-Fi environment for either a direct connection or a wireless LAN router
・Wi-Fi-enabled ScanSnap device (when using features that work with ScanSnap)

Note: Chromebooks do not support scanning with ScanSnap via a USB connection or the ScanSnap Camera feature.
Note: The ScanSnap Go feature is available only on the iX2500. Chromebooks do not support the ScanSnap Go feature.

Ratings and reviews

Wifi settings got broken. I was able to quickly adjust ScanSnap setting on my phone before doing a cloud scan. With this new version of the app, this ability is gone and it never finds the scanner on the home network. Why doesn't it allow entering the IP address of the scanner manually? (I have installed the latest firmware update with new SSL certs but the issue was present before and after the update)

this thing is awesome! it's fast, compact, and the images are surprisingly clean. I'm very happy with my purchase. My only want is for the return feed to accept thicker material. Maybe that's already available on newer models. This is my first ScanSnap, but if I find a model with that feature, it's probably not my last.

250 of my documents just disappeared from the app and I cannot find them anywhere on my phone. They also never uploaded to the cloud. Avoid this app at all costs! According to CS, they put the files in a hidden location, so there's no way to find them. And he couldnt explain why only 1 document ever went to the cloud when we were testing it even though I did everything 100% the same every time. STAY AWAY!!!
