The old Theta app worked. I barely got this new app to work once. Now I can't get it to open (it just freezes indefinitely on a blank page). I cleared cache, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Now I can open, but when I try to log in it spins indefinitely. So basically, I can't even use my camera. What a joke of a company. "Let's make a camera that can't be used without our janky app." I have a YL00 with a Motorola Edge+. More than enough power in this phone.

I can’t give this one star because the camera’s connectivity is too unreliable to use professionally, but I'm forced to be able to submit this review. I’m a real estate photographer, and this issue has prevented me from taking on work. I’ve spent nearly three hours troubleshooting just to get it to connect. For the price, this level of unpredictability and unreliability is completely unacceptable.

Sorry but... The 'old' Theta App work fine for me, after install this version the connection between my Z1 and my Android is a nightmare! I reinstall the original version and I hope you can fix this as soon as possible. I can't understand why the app is not able to control plug-ins installed on the Camera, for example, the Dual Fisheye, that generates a incredible DNG file, with all the data, that allow me to do a professional color treatment in post.
