About this app

Join the first 1,000 riders: 30% off your first year's annual subscription.

Cobblestones, gravel, broken asphalt: your GPS doesn't care. It's in your car.

All GPS devices are car GPS devices—even those that have suddenly discovered a passion for cycling. Riidon was born at wheel level: scooter, rollerblades, skateboard, bicycle, e-bike, electric unicycle, electric or not. It knows your vehicle, your wheel size, and what you can ride comfortably.

THE ROAD, AS IT REALLY IS
Beneath the traditional maps lies the real world: cobblestones, gravel, potholed asphalt. Riidon maps the actual quality of surfaces using sensors from riders who ride—anonymously—and uses this data to calculate your routes. The more you ride, the more accurate the map becomes.

TWO WAYS TO GET SOMEWHERE
- Fast: The most direct route. Free and unlimited.

- Optimized: The smoothest route for your wheels. It unlocks corridor by corridor, only where enough real-world data justifies it. No empty promises: we only offer Optimized where we know.

LOOPS TO EXPLORE
Want to ride without a destination? Generate a loop of 1 to 100 km from where you are. The free and unlimited Explorer mode lets you discover the streets the map knows the least—and every ride improves the map for everyone.

CHALLENGES AND LEADERBOARDS
- Challenges every month: Take them on, track your progress, or create your own and challenge other riders.

- Leaderboards by vehicle, every week and every month: See your position, who's ahead of you, and how many kilometers you need to go to overtake them.

- Badges and records to keep track of your best rides.

MAPPING PAYS OFF
Every ride earns you XP. XP unlocks levels, and levels unlock lifetime discounts on your subscription. The more you contribute to the map, the less you pay—permanently.

ALSO
- Your Garage: all your vehicles in one place, each with their own routes
- Real-time weather integrated into the calculation (wet cobblestones matter)
- Community reports: potholes, roots, blocked roads
- Available in 13 languages

YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE
Map contributions are anonymized and separated from your identity. You can export your data, delete it without deleting your account, or delete everything—directly in the app.

Quick Routes and Explorer Loops: free, unlimited. Optimized routes and custom loops: included in the subscription – which your skill levels lower for life.
