RideOx booking process is designed to be simple and seamless:
1. Request: You open the app. It automatically detects your pickup location using GPS. You enter your destination.

2. Choose Service: Select your ride service type and level,

3. Match & Price: The app finds nearby available drivers and shows you the estimated fare and wait time. You confirm the ride.

4. Driver Accepts: A driver accepts your request. You see the driver's name, photo, car details, and real-time location on the map.

5. Ride: The driver picks you up and takes you to your destination. You can track the entire trip on your map.

6. Payment & Rating: The payment is automatically processed through the app using your pre-saved payment method (credit card, digital wallet, cash). You then have the option to rate your driver, and the driver can rate you.
