Downloaded this app when I was promoted to by the old app. No way to add a debit card. I keep entering my card details and it says it saved successfully but it never actually saves. The numbers also don't show up on the card screen when entering so I have no way of seeing my info to make sure the numbers are correct. Horrible app. The old app was functional. This new one needs more testing.

As much as I appreciate round trip. Their app system is very disappointing. They purposely designed this app to not open and to not work for customers who need scheduled transportation. Do not even waste your time. They want you to call in all appointments and trips. We are in the year 2024. This should not be an issue. It's more convenient for customers to set thier own appointments and faster. Sometimes you have to wait an hour on the phone before you reach a representative.

Two stars may be generous and it only gets that many because it *theoretically* works. I live in a large metroplex and put in requests for rides for nearly all of my radiation appointments. Not one request has resulted in a ride. NOT ONE. I don't know if this a lack of volunteers or if the app is bugged, but it's useless for me.
