Booking a ride is easy:
1. Download the app. Our GPS will automatically pick up your location.
2. Choose your drop-off location for a fare estimate.
3. Choose one of the two options ‘Pickup Now’ or ‘Pickup Later’ depending on when you want your ride.
4. Select one of the payment method CASH OR CARD OR K-NET OR Top up your Rove Wallet.
5. You will get ride details with Estimated time and fare and there Tap ‘Request’ and instantly get confirmation complete with your Driver’s details and location.
6. Track the ride in real time. Then just Ride, Relax and Reach. You only pay after the ride is complete.

Excellent service and extremely friendly chauffeurs. A couple of ideas for convenience: Add multiple destinations option: A) Pick up location B) Meeting destination C) Business lunch destination D) Drop off destination In the beginning the app calculates the approximate fare for all destinations. The app then updates after each completed destination. 2. Client Comment Box: When requesting a ride Great app/rates.

Very very expensive., and the application is very bad, i saved my locations in my favourite then when i close and open the app all my favourite locations deleted! And when you choose from map hard to get all info like google map. 🙄 The program app is very very bad and need to renew it. Try to connect it with google map.

I've used rove back in 2019 regularly, it was maximum 9 kd a trip. But I've just re-installed it and now a 13 minutes ride costs 14 kd? That's way too expensive, I've hired an SUV to take us to khairan (30+ mins drive) for 15 kds in 2022. This is just outrageous. I hated careem and uber so I've only ever used rove before but unless you reconsider the prices, I don't think I'll be using it again.
