They will be able to extend their rental through the app. They will also have the ability to text or call us through the app.

This app hasn't worked for me since October 2022 even though the leasing company and I have contacted you at least 5 times since January 1st 2033. My phone is only a year old, ONE YEAR, so I don't believe it's a problem with my phone. The app is pretty easy to use when it works but mine hasn't worked in SIX of the past eight months. To summarize, this is not a good app.
