About this app

The app is for customer to rent vehicles. Once the rental starts the customer will have their own portal they can log into. They will be able to see the time remaining on the rental. They will be able to extend their rental through the app. They will also have the ability to text or call us through the app.

Not able to set up my profile. Using the camera directly the app crashes. Uploading the pictures works until you are finished and click to go to the next page and server not found error every time. You have to call and chose option 3 for customer support to get the ball rolling. It's better not to have an app at all.

cant even sign up. where they have the sign up button it's directly over the back and home button. its like they dont want new customers

This app hasn't worked for me since October 2022 even though the leasing company and I have contacted you at least 5 times since January 1st 2033. My phone is only a year old, ONE YEAR, so I don't believe it's a problem with my phone. The app is pretty easy to use when it works but mine hasn't worked in SIX of the past eight months. To summarize, this is not a good app.
