Ratings and reviews

I will not be using this service again I was charged $26.50 when I scheduled a ride and I am in the taxi right now and see the meter going. I got charged an additional $17.50 for a trip I needed to take because my own car is getting fixed. I'd rather use Lyft who only charges for a ride you take and not in advance.

Totally misinformed and unreliable

App gave estimate that ride would only be 9 minutes away with vehicle location showing up on the app to match. Booked, waited 15 minutes and still stuck at assigning driver. Other apps will have vehicle there in less time than I waited in vain for a driver to be assigned.
