About this app

RideWolf Operator is the on-the-go control surface for fleet field crews running RideWolf-managed mobility fleets — scooters, e-bikes, mopeds, and service vehicles.

Built for the operator who's already on a moped between jobs, holding a phone with a glove on. Every screen is reachable in two taps, every action gives real haptic feedback, and the whole UI is dark-theme by default so the screen doesn't blow out at night.

KEY FEATURES

• Live fleet map. Every vehicle in your service area, colour-coded by status (available / charging / discharged / needs investigation / alarm). Pinch-zoom, tap-to-focus, find-me locator, no-data offline fallback.

• One-tap commands. Status changes, ride-mode lock/unlock, beep, battery-swap (with cover-open countdown), and the full per-vendor command palette — all from the vehicle's detail page. Confirmation dialogs, live API feedback, automatic state reconciliation.

• QR + manual scan. Camera-first batch scanner: keep flashing codes, build up an action list, run them sequentially. Manual entry slot for smudged labels.

• Tickets, faults, and alerts. Per-vehicle support tickets and IoT alarm history surfaced where you do the work — resolve from the same detail page, never leave the field flow.

• Replay player. Scrub the last 24h of a vehicle's track at 1× to 64× speed. Speed-coloured trail, live cursor, jump pills, keyboard shortcuts.

• Multilingual. English, Russian, Romanian — auto-detected from your system language, switchable in settings.

• Native shell perks: real Android haptic compositions, Material You themed icon, edge-to-edge with proper status-bar / nav-bar adaptive polarity, GPS via the platform plugin, camera permission for QR.

RideWolf is a turnkey shared-mobility platform — operators deploy our back-end, fleet IoT, and rider apps in their city; the Operator app is the field-crew companion that closes the loop on day-to-day servicing.
