This is horrible, this is a case of letting technology keep you hostage and not letting you get work done. The pump maybe decent but because of incompetent app designers and a level mechanism that is ephemeral this pump is going back to the store and will never buy a rigid smart product again.

the app works sporadically. like right now, it does not work at all. I paid alot of money for this sump pump for the ability to monitor it when out of town and it works half of the time when I check it.

Usual half-assed Android design, everything works great on the sump pump itself but this software just works a couple of times and then forever becomes a dead, black phone screen when you try to start it.
