I'm a bit skeptical because the results are almost always multilayer plastic, but the one time I really thought it was wrong I reached out and someone from Ridwell confirmed the item was multilayer plastic. This removes the need to keep rereading the category descriptions (which sometimes contradict one another depending if it's on the site or the bag or an email). I am thankful they made it so easy.

This type of app was on my wishlist. I get perplexed about sorting plastic film from MLP, and this has taken the guess work out. Love it! Would be great if they develop a feature to "save" my scans and reference them later so I have a library of my most oftenly recycled materials.

Exceptionally helpful with detailed explanations of what to look for based on the characteristics it sees. It's training ME to recognize the details to look for in the products I buy. I hope to not need it for long once I get more sensitive to recognizing the differences.
