About this app

RiCLOUD is the App developed by Riello to manage your home comfort wherever you are. Together with the programmable thermostat RiCLOUD WiFi, it allows you to easily modify the indoor home temperature or the temperature you will have according to the set program. No need to remember how the thermostat works. Via RiCLOUD App you will easily manage your home comfort from your smartphone or tablet.

RiCLOUD can manage up to 8 different and independent zones, in order to ensure you the maximum energy saving. If the RiCLOUD thermostat is connected to a Riello boiler via OTBus, you will be able to know via RiCLOUD App the boiler status and alerts and to modify also remotely the boiler setting.

Ratings and reviews

Good app when the server is working. But it is 1 week now that "Network busy" message keeps apearing at launch. Not good at all, if the Ri Cloud server keeps failing, eapecially in winter time. Please do something with the networking !

There is room to make the UI better. This app looks like it is stuck in 2012. Sometimes it opens but nothing happens when you try to access the room control or the boiler.

There's a lot of room for improvement. UI could be more informative with labels and button indications. Some items on the screen are not clear what they want to show.
