Raffle Control is a management tool for businesses that organize and administer raffles.

It centralizes the complete operation of each raffle:

• Create raffles with the number of entries you need, closing date and time, rules, and drawing method.

• Check available, reserved, and sold numbers to avoid duplicate sales.

• Register customers, their numbers, date, time, value, and responsible salesperson.

• Manage salespeople with usernames, passwords, assigned raffles, and limited access to their own operations.

• Calculate commissions based on sales and record each salesperson's payment.

• Control income, expenses, sales, and transactions from the finance and cash module.

• Manage a prize inventory with categories and images uploaded to the system.

• Configure raffles with one or more prizes and record the results.

• Generate tickets in PDF or image format and share purchase information via WhatsApp.

• View reports and audit trails of key business activities.

The application allows you to configure the country, area code, currency, and value format to tailor operations to each business. Schedules are calculated using the client's time zone.

Raffle Control separates information for each company and applies role-based permissions to protect administrative, financial, and operational modules.
