Darb Driver is the driver app for the Darb transportation platform in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Through it, you receive requests from nearby passengers and complete your trips using a simple Arabic interface.

How it works

Press the call button to become available to receive requests. You will receive the request along with the passenger's pickup point, destination, and estimated fare. You can then accept or decline the request within the specified timeframe.

What the app offers:

- Receive ride requests as soon as they are submitted by nearby passengers.

- View your assigned bookings and their times.

- See details of each request before accepting: pickup point, destination, distance, and estimated fare.

- View the trip route on the map from the pickup point to the destination.

- Track the trip status step by step until completion.

- Maintain a complete record of your completed trips and the amounts due.

- Receive instant notifications for every new request and any change in the trip status.

- Access in-app technical support to contact management.

The app is for drivers within Jordan: drivers register through the app, and Darb management approves their accounts after verifying their documents. The app requires location permission to receive nearby requests and display your location to the passenger during the trip, and notification permission to alert you to new requests.
