About this app

ScanStar works on any Android device version 4.4+ and iOS device 11.x+. It uses the device's camera to scan the 1D or 2D bar-codes to keep track of your assets.

Supported platforms include, but are not limited to:
- Riada Insight

- BMC Remedyforce Service Desk

- BMC Remedy v9 and higher
