App interface is very user friendly but I am not able to verify my PAN details to begin my journey with RIGI. It is showing "PAN Number not exists". All details are perfect but still i am facing issue. Member of support team told me to upload image again, i have done it but still same issue. Previous images of PAN card uploaded by me were also clear but support team is unable to identify technical issue on their end. Very Disappointed 😞 Worst App, Tried again but Pan card not verified.

I registered through my mobile number (+995) and it got registered I even received OTP over my WhatsApp of same number, I purchased a course and now when I tried to acces the course by login it doesn't provid me OTP to login to my same account. How am I supposed to login. I raised a support ticket with ticket number 37072 and even contacted rigi support on both the mail-id but still no response from rigi team.

Each time I tried to view my purchased content it's freezes or crashes,throws u out of app , tried several times but in vain...pls fix this
