Absolutely useless app withdwal gets stuck, customer support has no response, my 23k has been stuck for 2 days, no response was received by massaging or calling customer support

Not upto the mark.. Also there is no information at all as to how courses can be accessed on laptop. They need to have a desktop version too, since generally I believe people would want to access their lessons on laptop as compared to only mobile. Even on mobile the overall experience is not so seamless and pleasant is one expects. Course sellers should look for other options or possibly launch their courses in their own website so that there is easy access
