About this app

RigTrack combines oilfield location maps with RigHaul permit-route navigation for authorized hauling drivers.

RigHaul
- Scan a Texas permit QR code or upload the permit PDF to create a route card.
- Review the permit route and start navigation yourself.
- Follow route-specific guidance during the movement.
- Access RigHaul with your fleet's company code. RigHaul is a fleet-restricted feature; the field map is available separately.
- RigHaul supplements, and does not replace, the official permit, posted restrictions, escort instructions, or the driver's judgment.

Field maps
- Find rigs, wellsites, and lease road information.
- Search for locations and get directions.
- Add rigs and update their location or operator as conditions change.
- Community contributions help keep oilfield locations current.

Location use
RigTrack uses foreground location to show your map position and support field navigation. During a user-started RigHaul navigation session, it also uses location while the app is in the background or the screen is locked to maintain route progress. Android displays an ongoing notification while the navigation location service is active. Exiting RigHaul navigation stops that service. RigHaul does not provide continuous employee or fleet surveillance outside an active navigation session.
