About this app

PeopleFirst mobile app is a Reliance Industries Limited's (RIL) own Employee Centric app; a single point of contact between you and your HRBP. It allows you to access your HR data on mobile devices, anytime, anywhere (exclusively for Reliance employees).

Here’s how our PeopleFirst app works:
• Your Employee management details are accessible on the PeopleFirst app (Reliance HR app) via your domain name and password
• You have access to all the HR services such as Leave & Attendance tracking, Payroll, Reimbursements, Job Referrals etc.

Key Features:
1. HOME AND EMERGENCY CONTACTS - An emergency contact list including the names and numbers of your HRBP and the people you would want to contact in the event of a medical emergency.
2. LEAVE AND ATTENDANCE TRACKER - Log your working hours easily, clock in and out from anywhere. Also, an online attendance tracker allows you to customise attendance policies to be more flexible for remote work.

3. MY COMPENSATION – Provided Compensation, encouraging the employees and improving organisational effectiveness.

4. PAYSLIP AND TAX SUMMARY – RIL app for informative, structured Payroll Management, Salary Deduction, Pay Queries, Tax Planning and Declaration.

5. DIGITAL FORM – Available on the mobile app is a digital form equivalent to a paper document used to collect valuable data that can be digitised.

6. SYMPTOM CHECKER- Discover symptomatic, anonymous and safe medical applications for self-diagnosis. Care about your family's as well as your health with the symptom checker.

7. MY PEOPLE AND ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIP – Proper display of name & photograph of your Reporting Manager, Organization Unit Chief, Unit Head, HR-Business Partner, and other Organisation members. It also displays names & photographs of your Reportees.

8. REIMBURSEMENT ELIGIBILITY AND CLAIM – On the PeopleFirst app, employees can reimburse various claims like Doctor's consultation fees, Cost of medicines, Charges for pathological tests, and expenses towards alternative medical systems.

9. BENEFITS - PeopleFirst supports its employees through a bouquet of benefits like Phone, Marriage, Maternity, Paternity, Health & Wellness, Vehicle, Learn and Grow.

10. BONAFIDE LETTERS - With the help of the PeopleFirst App, uploading your documents like Bonafide Letters couldn't be easier.

11. INTERNAL JOB OPENINGS – One platform to announce open positions and encourage current employees to apply.

12. JOB REFERRALS – Now, with the PeopleFirst App, referring a friend can seem like an easy win for all parties.

13. MY HR QUERIES - Assistance to Employee in filling medical-claim/accidental insurance Forms, Adding/deleting people with medical-claim/accidental insurance vendors, and assisting Employee in filling Bank A/c Form.

I am facing an issue from a long time. Every time I try to open the application, the application goes stuck. I thought it's my mobile issue but I tried in different phones, but still same issue. That's why I am trying to avoid the uses of Application. It's taken more than 30 minutes to open. Please look into this. Is it Application error or from my side? Rest the App was good in previous.

After app update it is working fine. Below issue has been resolved. Unable to download anything from the app as it is asking me to grant media access however in permission management on OnePlus Nord CE 3 handset, there is no such option available & even the clicking on Grant Permission on the app leads to nothing. Resolve the issue urgently.

Excellent app,gives one stop solution for all queries for RIL employees but needs a bit more optimisation sometimes it stops working abruptly.
